Over the past few years, grandparents Aimee and David have opened their hearts and home to granddaughter Anna.  Despite both grandparents facing health issues resulting in multiple hospital stays, the loving family has done their best to provide quality educational opportunities for happy, fun-loving Anna. 
 
In January, Anna joined the Forks Education Center Preschool family. Unfortunately, the strain of healthcare costs and lost work time forced Anna’s grandparents to consider whether or not they could keep Anna enrolled at the Y.  But as Anna’s grandfather states, “The Y has been amazing for Anna.” 
 
Caring Y staff ensured Anna’s learning could continue thanks to our financial assistance program, and Aimee, David and the Y’s Forks Education Center team continue cheering on Anna as she learns, grows and thrives.  
 
Thanks to the Y’s Financial Assistance Program, Anna has found stability, fun and learning.  Day in and day out, the Y provides service solutions meeting key local needs.  Thanks to our staff, volunteers and community supporters, we provide opportunities for all neighbors to build a brighter future, side by side.
