In communities across the nation, the Y is a leading voice on health and wellbeing.Being healthy means more than just being physically active. It’s about maintaining a balanced spirit, mind and body. The Y is a place where you can work toward that balance by challenging yourself to learn a new skill or hobby, fostering connections with friends through our lifelong learning programs, or bringing your loved ones closer together through our many family-centered activities. At the Y, it’s not about the activity you choose as much as it is about the benefits of living healthier on the inside as well as the outside.

Aqua Aerobics - A vigorous exercise in chest deep to shallow water. Low impact, but high intensity that focuses on cardio, endurance and toning

Aqua Zumba® Gold - Low impact, great music with a Latin flare. Combines the properties of the water to gain range of motion and balance

Deep H20 - NO IMPACT! This workout is designed to get you moving as you suspend in the water. Focus is on endurance and toning

Dr Jill - One hour class consisting of a small amount of cardio and traditional toning using resistance equipment especially made for the pool

Silver Splash - Activate your urge for variety! Splash offers fun, shallow-water movement to improve agility and flexibility while addressing cardiovascular, strength and endurance conditioning. No swimming ability is required and a SilverSneakers® kickboard or other aquatic equipment is used to improve strength, balance and coordination. SHALLOW END

Social Splash - Low impact, low intensity, HIGH Energy, HIGH Friendship Making, GREAT MUSIC and lots of FUN! This class embodies what our Y

Top of the Hill - Exercises designed with joint or muscular issues in mind. The class focus is on flexibility and mobility. All exercises are performed in shallow water

Households across our community have different needs so we offer a variety of membership types. Each of our locations offer many different programs, schedules, and classes therefore offerings and fees may vary by branch.

Financial Assistance

 

Every day, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. At The Y, no child, family or adult is turned away due to an inability to pay.

 

Financial assistance awards are assessed on a case by case basis during a one-on-one, confidential session with a staff member. Those interested in applying for our financial assistance program are encouraged to download this form, or stop in to any of our branches to learn more and pick up an application.
